Tomorrow’s Mystery–Where Did All The Chefs Go?

Attention, Nancy “SideDelicious” Nichols. Please don’t do any restaurant visits tomorrow night! Dallas’ 20 A-List chefs will not be in their kitchens blending, chopping, and creating edible masterpieces. Nope, they’ll all be at the March of Dimes Signature Chefs of Dallas Auction. Under the supervision of General Kent Rathbun, they’ll be “providing exquisite food tastings and fine wine” at the Fairmont.

Of course, you’re wondering if they really are the multi-starred area cooks. Try this yummy lineup: Anthony Bombaci (Nana Restaurant), Marc Cassell (Park Restaurant), Richard Chamberlain (Chamberlain’s Steak & Chop House and Fish Market Grill), J. Chastain (Second Floor), Samir Dhurandhar (Nick & Sam’s Steakhouse), Garreth Dickey (Hibiscus), “Someone” (Arcodoro & Pomodoro), J.W. Foster (Pyramid Restaurant & Bar), Gilbert Garza (Suze Restaurant), Scott Gottlich (Bijoux), David Holben (Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House), Sara C. Johannes (Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck), TJ Lengnick (Shinsei Restaurant), Stephan Pyles (Stephan Pyles), Kent Rathbun (Abacus and Jasper’s Restaurants, Scott Romano (Charlie Palmer), Abraham Salum (Salum Restaurant), Jamie Samford (Winn Meat Company), Jim Severson (Sevy’s Grill), and Billy Webb (Opio Restaurant at HiltonDallas/Park CitiesJ Lengnick – Shinsei Restaurant).

Diets are definitely put off until Friday!
