Film Crowd Learns About filManthropy At Saint Ann Court

Dallas’ movie-making crowd was at Saint Ann Court as guests of Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller last Wednesday night to start the ball rolling for the Dallas premiere of M3 Film’s Torey ’s Distraction.

Torey’s Distraction’s Dallas debut with a red carpet premiere and fundraising screening will take place on Thursday, February 18, at the Angelika Film Center Mockingbird Station. The documentary follows three children who are dealing with the issues associated with Apert Syndrome, a genetic mutation.

“redefining philanthropy for the 21st century by using movies with a message to generate awareness and funding for nonprofit, philanthropic ventures.”

Saint Ann’s was a perfect setting for the evening. Harwood International’s signature blue lighting and the Barbier-Mueller’s Japanese samurai warriors made for a razzle-dazzle evening.
